Here's a quick look at the most exciting updates!

From solo to team, Devolutions Cloud grows with you

Since May 4th, Hub Business has been renamed to Devolutions Cloud, and Hub Personal has been folded into the Devolutions Cloud free tier. One product and path means no more artificial ceiling between solo users and teams, and no action required from existing customers.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) with PAM checkouts

MFA on PAM checkouts adds a configurable multi-factor prompt when a checkout is requested, confirming that the right user is starting a sensitive session before they reach a critical system. Multiple MFA methods are available, such as email and TOTP.

Multiple checkouts on shared entries

A single entry in Devolutions Cloud can now support multiple simultaneous checkouts, ideal for shared resources like pooled devices or service accounts. Set the checkout mode to Custom to allow single or multiple checkouts per entry, so teams stop blocking each other on shared infrastructure without losing visibility into who has what. PAM accounts continue to follow their own checkout model.

Default elevation group for PAM just-in-time (JIT) accounts

PAM JIT accounts in Devolutions Cloud can now have a default elevation group pre-selected, so the right level of access is applied automatically at every checkout. Operators move straight into their privileged session without the extra click, and admins gain a small but meaningful guardrail against accidental over- or under-elevation.

Full read & write offline mode via RDM

Devolutions Cloud now supports full read and write access in offline mode via RDM, a major upgrade from the previous read-only experience. Users can keep working through travel, site visits, or unreliable connections, with the freedom to edit entries, update credentials, and manage sessions while disconnected, and all changes sync automatically when they reconnect.
