What's new in Remote Desktop Manager Mobile 2025.2

Thank you for updating Remote Desktop Manager Mobile (RDM Mobile) to version 2025.2!

For the full list of changes, check out the release notes for Android & iOS.

Here’s a quick look at the most exciting updates:

New features

Push notifications for temporary access and PAM checkout requests (iOS)

When using a Devolutions Server data source, users can now conveniently receive push notifications directly on their iOS device. Notifications instantly alert users to approve or deny temporary access requests and PAM checkout requests, ensuring timely responses and enhanced productivity.

"Linked (external vault)" mode for selecting credentials (SQL Server only, Android & iOS)

RDM provides a way to point to credentials in the current shared vault (linked (vault) mode), as well as to search in the user vault (Find by name and linked (user vault) modes).

Starting with 2025.2, you can now point to another shared vault for selecting credentials, enabling a new way to inject credentials against sessions in RDM!

Coming soon in Devolutions Server & Devolutions Hub data sources.

Improvements

Network scan in host selection fields (Android)

You no longer need to memorize IP addresses when adding hosts—simply run a network scan directly within the host selection field, and easily pick the correct device from the detected list.

Improvements with Samsung DeX

We've optimized Remote Desktop Manager for Samsung DeX, enhancing compatibility and providing smoother experiences with external displays, including improved support for foldable devices like the Galaxy Z Fold5 on Android 15.

Onboarding UI improvements (Android & iOS)

The onboarding user interface has been fully redesigned on Android and iOS, streamlining your initial setup experience. Leveraging Avalonia, this update paves the way for unified screens and easier integration of desktop functionalities into mobile apps.
