Pricing FAQ
How is Devolutions licensing calculated?
Licenses are calculated per named user. If 15 people need to access your environment, you need 15 licenses.
How many devices can I use my license on?
You can activate your license on all the devices that you require.
Can I use Remote Desktop Manager Free for commercial use?
Yes, you can use RDM Free Edition for commercial purposes; however, it is limited to individual use only. It is fully functional for managing remote connections and credentials on a personal workstation, but it does not include team features such as shared vaults, role-based access control, or centralized management.
Can I purchase different packages together in the same order?
Yes, you can combine different product packages (for example, remote access management and remote desktop management) in a single order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers. It is also possible to purchase with a purchase order (PO).
Can I request a formal quote before purchasing?
Absolutely. If you need a quote for budgeting, procurement, or internal approval, you can download your quote from the Store.
Can I upgrade my package after purchase?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. You only pay the price difference between the two packages. Contact our sales team to request a quote or initiate the upgrade.
Which support plan is included, and what support options are available?
All packages, including the Starter Pack, include our Standard Support Plan with access to the Devolutions Academy for training and onboarding. Extended and Premium Support Plans are available for priority handling and faster response times.
Is a free trial available?
Yes, all packages are available for a 30-day free trial. We also offer guided proofs of concept in collaboration with solution architects.
How do I renew my license?
We send a renewal reminder 30 days before your license expires. You can renew via your Customer Portal or by contacting our sales team.
