Every profession has its essential set of tools, and for people who work on IT helpdesks, there is nothing more vital than the ticketing solution. As the old saying goes: “If it’s not in the ticket, then it didn’t happen.”
And this brings us to April’s two-part poll question:
- The first part of the question is: which IT helpdesk ticketing solution do you use?
- And the second part of the question is: what do you like and dislike about your IT helpdesk ticketing solution?
