As you may remember, a few months ago we asked you to tell us your #1 option for getting IT support. We received lots of responses, and overwhelmingly the most preferred support option is online help.
With this in mind, I wanted to take a minute to remind you about the Devolutions Forum. It’s an efficient way to get answers to your questions, either from our development team, or from our global community of IT pros. Our CEO David also loves interacting in the Forum. It’s even easier to get an answer from our team by getting in touch with us through the Forum than via email.
Also, to help keep things organized, we’ve created various sections of our Forum so that you can ask your question(s) in the right place. The sections are:
