As part of the transaction, Adam Driscoll, creator of PowerShell Universal, is joining the Devolutions team to continue driving the solution's development and innovation.

The acquisition of PowerShell Universal is part of a series of strategic moves by Devolutions aimed at building a high-performing and sustainable technology ecosystem for IT professionals.

• A $3 million sponsorship of Avalonia made in June 2025 to accelerate the development of Avalonia Accelerate, a cross-platform UI framework powered by a global open-source community of .NET developers.

• The 2023 strategic asset acquisition of ITmanager.net, which expanded Devolutions' expertise in PowerShell remoting and Windows protocols, such as WinRM and LDAP, while introducing advanced Active Directory (AD) management and web-based dashboard capabilities.
