Devolutions Launches New Subscription Options and Pricing for Remote Desktop Manager Server to Suit both Small and Large Businesses

Devolutions announced today that it is now offering new subscription options and pricing for its popular Remote Desktop Manager Server (RDMS) product in order to suit the needs both small and large businesses. A 30-day trial of RDMS is available from server.devolutions.net.

""We’re excited to launch our new licensing policy, which allows any type of businesses to deploy RDMS in their organization.""

Devolutions, a Canadian-based enterprise software firm with a suite of time and cost-saving solutions that are trusted by more than 200,000 users in over 95 countries, is now offering new subscription options and pricing for its popular Remote Desktop Manager Server (RDMS) product, in order to suit the needs both small and large businesses.

RDMS is a self-hosted repository for Devolutions’ flagship product Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) that allows users to store and share remote connection settings, virtual machine connections and any other sensitive data in an enterprise-wide high-end security data store that can be deployed online or internally.

Customers can now choose a yearly or monthly subscription for either RDMS Corporate Edition (which comes with a complete RDM Enterprise Global license for unlimited users), or RDMS Small Business Edition (which comes with 10 RDM Enterprise licenses). With either a yearly or monthly subscription, there is no minimum purchase requirement, no contract, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. A complete RDMS comparison chart is available at: https://server.devolutions.net/compare.

Plus, both RDMS Corporate Edition and RDMS Small Business Edition feature Devolutions’ Extended Support Plan at no extra cost, which includes:

  • High priority support
  • Initial response time - next business day
  • Major and minor upgrades for 12 months
  • Forum support
  • Access to the development team
  • Email support
  • Custom installer service

Customers who require the highest priority support can also opt for the Premium Support Plan, which offers all of the above, but boosts response times (4 hours) and includes both phone support and data migration support.

“With the advent of the SaaS model in the software industry, we wanted to offer a similar, worry-free licensing model that was easily scalable for our users,” commented Devolutions’ CEO and founder David Hervieux. “We asked the RDM community what would be the best solution that fits their world. Today, we’re excited to launch our new licensing policy, which allows any type of businesses -- either small or large -- to deploy RDMS in their organization, and ultimately get more done with less time, effort and resources.”

IT pros and teams can download a 30-day trial of both Remote Desktop Manager Server and Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise, which is required to access the Server platform from remotedesktopmanager.com.

Prospective customers can also email mtrottier@devolutions.net to schedule a live, customized RDMS demonstration led by a member of Devolutions’ Product Management team.
