Devolutions is seeking a talented German-speaking Sales Account Manager to work remotely in Europe and expand our Sales Operations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, and other locations in Europe. Our Sales Account Manager (AM) will drive top-tier account revenue acquisition and revenue expansion. The AM is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships. This position involves activities, such as responding to leads generated through marketing campaigns, participating in tradeshows, and proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers.

The Level 3 technician performs a wide range of tasks in both pre-sales and post-sales support with potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the information technology field. The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers over the phone and through web conferencing tools is essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to frequently changing priorities is required as this position requires constant contact with customers. The successful candidate must be willing to put in the effort necessary to rise to Level 3 and become a resource person for our front-line agents.
