The IT Customer Success Specialist provides a wide range of pre-sales and support functions to Devolutions prospective and existing customers, as well as the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in information technology. The role requires a highly motivated, self-starter that works independently as well as part of a team. The ability to cultivate strong Customer relationships via phone or web conference tools is essential. Multi-tasking and flexibility to handle frequently changing priorities is required. The chosen candidate is slated to quickly evolve in a level 2-3 support technician which will be a resource for our first line support agents.
Due to the particular culture and work environment of Devolutions, remote work is not encouraged. Candidates must be willing to work at our headquarters in Lavaltrie.
