About Bluesky

Bluesky is a microblogging social networking service that looks, feels, and functions much like X. The key difference is that Bluesky uses a decentralized system, which prevents control by a single individual or organization and enables users and developers to make improvements.

Currently, Bluesky has around 22 million users. While this number may seem underwhelming compared to X’s 600 million users, consider that only a couple of months ago, Bluesky had just 9 million. Some analysts predict that it will have 50 million users by the end of 2025.

What’s ahead

In the weeks and months ahead, we’ll be publishing plenty of timely, useful, and relevant content on our Bluesky account, with a particular focus on more technical pieces. Stay tuned!
