Happy holidays from Devolutions!

It is that special time of year when we take a little break, spend time with family and friends, and eat far, far, FAR too much (apple pie has a lot of vitamins… right?).

This is also when we celebrate and thank all of the people who have been such a big part of our lives over the past year. Here at Devolutions, three groups instantly come to mind and fill our hearts:

The first group is our incredibly dedicated, hardworking, and talented team. Together, we’ve achieved so much and created a shared work experience that is characterized by respect, trust, support, teamwork, and authentic caring. We’re like a big family (except nobody uses up all the hot water and we don’t fight over who gets the remote control).

The next group is our network of strategic partners who do a phenomenal job helping us serve, strengthen, and support IT pros and organizations around the world. We look forward to expanding and evolving our relationships in the year ahead!

And of course, the third group is our amazing user community! Without your loyalty and trust, there would be no Devolutions. We are immensely grateful for your support, and you can be assured that we never take it for granted. Please allow us to take a moment to expand on this, because it means so much to us.

We have said many times that Devolutions is more of a collective than a corporation, in the sense that our users are at the heart of everything we do. This unwavering commitment has created a culture and established a reputation that is admired around the world.

We continue to grow and thrive in a global marketplace that is populated by some very big players. And sometimes, we get asked by executives and analysts what our “secret formula” is. Many of them are surprised — and quite a few are stunned — by just how devoted and loyal our user community is, and they want to know what’s going on behind the scenes.

Well, the secret is that there isn’t a secret. Since day one, we’ve always done things with integrity, and put the needs of our users first.

This is not an empty slogan around here. It is a living, dynamic reality that impacts and inspires everything we do, from the products and solutions that we introduce and innovate, to our acclaimed “SMB friendly” pricing, to our legendary responsiveness and support — and the list goes on. Unlike so many companies in the IT world and elsewhere, we never lose sight of the fundamental truth that we exist to serve our users, and not the other way around.

Once again, thank you for making this year one of our best ever, and we look forward to raising the bar even higher in 2026.

The tradition continues…
