Hello everyone!

It is my pleasure and privilege to once again reveal our annual roadmap. The Devolutions 2025 roadmap looks ahead at some of the major additions and improvements that we have planned across our product roster, along with projected completion timelines.

To make it easier to explore, the roadmap is structured around the four core solutions we offer: workforce password management, remote access management, remote connection management, and privileged access management. You’re welcome to navigate directly to the sections that interest you most using the table of contents or, if you prefer, read through the entire roadmap for a complete overview.

Each section will begin by focusing on what’s coming up soon in March for Remote Desktop Manager (RDM), Devolutions PAM, Devolutions Server (DVLS), Devolutions Hub (HUB), Devolutions Gateway, and Devolutions Workspace, then shift our focus to what’s on the horizon for our products later this year.

Workforce password management

Today’s key challenge for companies is implementing workforce password management solutions that ensure robust password enforcement without compromising accessibility or efficiency. Leveraging the integrated Devolutions product ecosystem, using robust password management tools designed to be intuitive for all team members.

Remote access management

External users and IT consultants now work remotely, often from various devices and at any time of day. In this dynamic environment, organizations require fast, secure remote access to support their increasingly distributed third-party IT teams and external users. The Devolutions product ecosystem offers an efficient and secure approach to remote access management.

Remote connection management

Establishing connections to remote computers, devices, and servers is a core function of every IT department. To streamline operations, IT professionals require a centralized platform that effectively manages remote connections while securing access to vital assets. Ongoing enhancements to the Devolutions product ecosystem will optimize remote connection management throughout the year.

Privileged access management

Devolutions PAM is designed to protect critical systems and sensitive data by managing and monitoring privileged accounts. These high-permission accounts are frequent targets for cyberattacks, making their security essential to safeguarding organizational assets. The Devolutions product ecosystem simplifies the implementation of PAM, offering new features and enhancements to help secure your organization effectively.

Giving back to our customers

Our work is cut out for us this year, but we aren’t done yet. Expanding on the free tools that have seen updates or additions, we have a focus on Devolutions Send. Launched this past year, our free tool, Devolutions Send, allows users to securely share secrets, both internally and externally.

Since the launch, we have added the following:

Updated Devolutions send

But we aren’t done yet! Coming later in the year are even more features to help you use Devolutions Send to its full potential:

We’re just getting started!

As you can see, we have a lot of exciting developments planned for the months ahead. But if you think that this is all that we have prepared — think again! We call this outline a “roadmap” because it is a high-level overview of major milestones and objectives. It is definitely not meant to be an exhaustive list of the additions, enhancements, and adjustments that we’re developing.

To help ensure that we continue serving your needs, solving your problems, and supporting your success, please tell us about your experience with our products: what you like and want us to enhance, and what you want us to change, re-invent, or remove.

The best way to get in touch is by posting in our forum, where you can chat directly with our experts (and don’t be surprised if you get a response from me or other members of the leadership team within minutes of posting your message!).

Thank you! The best is yet to come

To wrap things up, I would like to extend my immense gratitude to three important groups: our customers, my colleagues, and our strategic partners.

Because of your combined support and dedication, 2024 was a successful year for us, and we expect 2025 to be even better. The past has been great, but the best is yet to come!
