Meet Devolutions at Microsoft Ignite 2026

Devolutions is a Showcase sponsor at Microsoft Ignite 2026, November 17-20, at Moscone Center in San Francisco. Booth 6271R is where we'll talk about Devolutions PAM, platform 2026.3, upcoming PAM updates, and Devolutions Ventures.

Pack your badge: the Devolutions Event Team is heading to San Francisco for Microsoft Ignite 2026, taking place November 17-20 at Moscone Center. We’re proud to be a Showcase sponsor this year, and we’d love to see you at booth 6271R.

What is Microsoft Ignite?

Microsoft Ignite is the annual conference for IT professionals, developers, and partners who work in Microsoft environments. It’s the place to see what’s next in the Microsoft ecosystem and to meet the people building and managing it, which is exactly why we want to be there.

Devolutions PAM: no more standing privileges

Our main topic at the booth will be Devolutions PAM, which helps IT teams stay both productive and secure by removing standing privileges altogether. Instead of leaving privileged access open around the clock, a checkout can require multi-factor authentication, and access is granted only for the length of the job. Privileged sessions can then be monitored while they run, or reviewed later from the recording.

Devolutions PAM runs in Remote Desktop Manager, with Devolutions Server or Devolutions Cloud as the workspace. It can also discover privileged accounts in Active Directory, Entra ID, SSH, SQL Server, and local Windows, then rotate those passwords on a schedule, so you know where your privileged accounts are and keep them under control.

Already using Devolutions?

Good news: PAM turns on inside your current license, and your vaults, users, and permissions carry over. If you’re starting fresh with PAM, Remote Desktop Manager comes with it, along with the workspace of your choice: Devolutions Cloud if you’d rather have us host it, or Devolutions Server if you prefer to self-host. Both are included in your license.

What’s new in Platform 2026.3

Released in September, Platform 2026.3 is the latest step in that work. Here’s what it brings:

  • Extended checkouts. When a job runs past its window, you can extend an active checkout instead of checking the credential back in and starting over. Extensions are disabled by default, and an organization can require approval and limit the extra time.
  • Reusable just-in-time accounts. A just-in-time account can be disabled at check-in and enabled again on the next checkout, so a mailbox or a license stays on the same account.
  • One vault for everything. Connections and PAM credentials can now live in the same vault.

And that’s not all. We’ll have more PAM updates to share in the coming weeks, including a preview of upcoming capabilities at Microsoft Ignite. Stop by booth 6271R to see what’s next.

Devolutions Ventures

While you’re at the booth, ask us about Devolutions Ventures. Launched in September, Ventures backs companies in the IT and MSP world, and the companies we invest in keep their own leadership and their own roadmap. If your organization wants to know more, the team will be there to answer your questions.
